U.S. only for now. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the U.S. yet.

Ordering for camp

Ordering for camp? Order early, and check your camp's mail-in or drop-off rules. We can't guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Shipping straight to camp

We can ship to your camp's address. Add the camper's name and cabin (if you know it) in the order notes, and check that your camp accepts packages before the session.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Lost or damaged

Email christie@mattycamp.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Preorders

A preorder reserves a Matty from our first production run. Preorders are coming soon. We'll share the details before they open and email you updates along the way.
